The date and the subject of the visit must be arranged with Anne HERVÉ at least three weeks in advance. In the case of tour lasting more than one day, the dates and the subjects must be agreed three weeks before the first day of the tour.
The prices given are only estimates and can be changed without notice. The price will be fixed when the visit is booked. The price is non-negotiable, depending on the type, place and length of the visit. It includes only the Guide's services. Any additionnal expenses, such as coach drive, entrance fees to museums and monuments, remain the responsibility of the group.
A deposit of 25 % of the price must be paid, when the visit is booked. The remainders of tours falls due on the day of the visit. In the case of tours lasting more than one day, the remainders falls due on the first day of the tours. If payment is not made at the times specified above interest is immediately due, without warning, at the rate of 5 % per month. Interest will be payable from the date payment is due. In the case of a client's not having complied with the above conditions such as delayed payments, any further service may be refused or full payment in advance required. Payment must be made in Euros. Anne HERVÉ accept the following methods of payment :
Cancellation fees for one or more visits already booked depend upon the date of cancellation in relation to when the visit or visits are due to take place. In the case of tours lasting more than one day, the dates below refer to the first day of the tour.
All disputes, arising out of the hedings of visits, shall be decided by the French courts, who have sole juridiction in such matters. Walking Tours Anne Hervé |
